Responsibilities: - Lead Process Manufacturing Consulting / presales related activity. - Support in developing new business and growing existing business within the process manufacturing market. - Coordinate with offshore pre-sales, Delivery teams to develop winning sales & proposal material and follow up thru initial project kick-offs. - Helps in pipeline creation through proactive thought papers, PoVs aligning to the industry trends - Achieves the established sales growth, pipeline creation objectives for the territory. - Make Cold calls to clients, generate leads and follow up - Conduct workshops with prospective clients to Create demand and understand client requirements - Identify new areas of business based on understanding - Provide prompt delivery of trip reports, territory development plans and pipeline forecasting to the senior management team Qualifications: - Bachelor Engineering Degree; MBA & MS preferred •Years of experience required for position - - Excellent understanding of Process Manufacturing segment - Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Food processing, Paint & Coating, Packaging, etc - Excellent understanding of business processes across process manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations Management, Manufacturing Operations Transformation, Industrie 4.0, IT / OT Integration - 7-8 Years of experience working in Process Manufacturing domain. Hands on experience in working on Process manufacturing Function, Good understanding of different functions, complexity and criticality levels - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales / Presales in Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, IoT Services in Process Manufacturing North America - Experience in tracking & Analyzing Process manufacturing Market, infer trends and map solutions aligned to market needs and build executable strategies - Have good network within Process manufacturing industry and Experience in building & maintaining effective relationships across CxO Stake holders - Experience in working with North America clients in offshore, on-site, near shore modes. - Experience in coordinating with offshore teams. - Experience in building & delivering excellent presentations, Winning Proposals (RFIs & RFPs) and Value propositions. - Experience in identifying & participating in right trade shows, Conducting demand creation workshops, Road shows to create demand and leads •Location for the position - Mid West
