Job Overview:

We are seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join our team. As a Food Preparation Worker, you will assist in preparing the food for the day as an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with meal preparation, including cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients

- Prepare orders as they come for the chefs

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry or related field is preferred but not required

- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives

- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
