Tenvoorde Ford is seeking an amazing Part Time Service Shuttle Drivers for our Quick Lane!

Responsibilities

What does a Service Shuttle Driver do?

• Driving service customers to and from destinations.
• Picking up customer vehicles from their work/home and returning the vehicles after the service has been completed
• Driving service customer cars thru the car wash
• Moving customer vehicles to designated service parking areas.
• Greeting customers
• Driving vehicles after repairs so tech can confirm repairs
• Flexible PT shifts available. Monday thru Saturday shifts available.
• Use personal phone application to track the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles. Minimal data usage, training available.
• Ideal position for retired people looking to meet new people in a stress free environment. We just ask that you smile and make our customers day a little better.

Good to Know Before You Start!

• Be prepared to work approximately 15 - 40 hours per week depending on FT or PT position
• Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people.
• Know your work makes a difference! Delivering exceptional customer service is our mission and why customers return to Tenvoorde Ford.
• You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach and assist.
• You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay.
• Must be adaptive to and embrace change
• You will need basic computer skills and the ability to navigate job related applications on your cell phone.
• Some physical work will be necessary. We all contribute to help the team. On a rare occasion you may be asked to assist with carrying, lifting or moving things.
