SAP ICSM Clinical Supply Consultant - Manufacturing (all genders)

The Opportunity

As an SAP ICSM Clinical Supply consultant, you will be trained in the innovative SAP ICSM modules in the manufacturing area. You will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business solution.

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.
• Provide appropriate system solutions:
  • Design, customize, configure and testing Manufacturing processes
  • Gather and analyze requirements
  • Identify gaps, issues and propose solutions
  • Document functional designs and processes
  • Prepare and execute test cases
  • Prepare and perform data migration
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work intelligently and independently; act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
• Work within a multi-language, multicultural, multi-discipline environment.

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant SAP skills, including:

• At least 2 full project lifecycles as an SAP PP-PI Consultant and experience in S/4HANA is essential.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PP-PI processes like MRP, Process Orders and other standard processes.
• Ability to work on integration and interfaces with external legacy system.
• Basic understanding of the Master Data and Cutover tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a positive attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Relevant experience with Life Sciences especially clinical supply management, Third-party manufacturing integration, shop floor systems, SAP QM and MES is a plus.
