From You Flowers is seeking an Account Specialist with a background in customer service to join our amazing team in Old Saybrook Connecticut. This person will have the opportunity to directly impact business goals in our account and billing departments by being solution oriented and organized with a positive attitude! Responsibilities and Goals You Will Own:

  • Respond to resolve vendor inquiries to ensure order placement quickly and effectively
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by replying to customer emails professionally and promptly
  • Escalating critical support issues to correct supervisor
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and tasks; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Meeting and exceeding department goals and metrics

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer support, vendor relations, or basic administrative experience
  • Friendly, positive, problem solving attitude – (likes the get things done!)
  • Ability to solve problems logically and critically
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, prioritize, and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to work on a computer including but not limited to: using the Internet, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.

Full Time Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM $14.00
  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM $14.00
  • Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM $14.00
  • Monday - Thursday 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM ($16 per hour)
  • Part Time Shift:
  • Saturday Sunday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM $15.00
