Seeking an experienced medical receptionist with room to grow into our practice manager; to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a blossoming Aesthetics practice. Role provides leadership and support to the practice, its providers, and employees across all clinical and non-clinical functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Opening and closing the practice, answering the phone calls/messages, and scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out of practice, tracking/monitor payments, update inventory, tracking daily sales logs and entering them into excel. Execute and maintain the confidentiality of all patient and employee information with a working knowledge of HIPAA privacy laws.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist. Comfortable with word documents, emails, EMR systems, reward portals, updating inventory, along with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Clinical management experience preferred Experience and knowledge in Aesthetics (general and cosmetics). Experience in all aspects of Marketing; Website branding and lead generation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, understanding of analytics and marketing architecture, gaining practice revenue. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels. Follows all HIPPA guidelines.
