Wisconsin Center for Integrative Health/Tenold Chiropractic Health & Rehab Clinic is seeking a part-time (10-20 hours/week) accounting/building administrator. Ability to meet strict deadlines, use verbal and written communication effectively and ability to work independently is vital for this position. Our clinic focus is on creating a positive, healing experience with outstanding customer service for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform accounting tasks: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax preparation, QuickBooks Online

Perform administrative tasks: schedule building maintenance, inventory, supply ordering, maintain quarterly goal matrix, assist in other areas of the clinic as needed

Must have attention to detail, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel experience

Background check required. Accounting degree preferred.
