May conduct interviews, take vital signs, and draw and test blood samples to screen donors at blood bank. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires a high school diplomaor equivalent . Certification by a nationally recognized body. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Minimum 6 months of experience.
