STAFFING COORDINATOR

Department: Nursing

Reports To: Director of Nursing, Administrator

Full-time 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Schedules all non-administrative nursing staff.
• Keeps accurate, organized records of staffing.
• Reports all shifts need to the DON/ADON and supervisors and supplies the Administrator and DON with a status report of current staffing.
• Keeps accurate daily staffing reports and ensures an accurate report is posted.
• Completes the labor allocation report in a timely manner.
• Is responsible for inputting time adjustments into ADP.
• Reviews PTO requests to always ensure adequate staffing.
• Assists other staff as needed and any other duties as assigned.
• Will assist in completing reference checks and backgrounds as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Must be able to take call, if needed.
