Tennessee Pediatric seeks Experienced Full-Time Front Desk Staff / Phone Representative

Medical Assistant (MA) degree/diploma preferred.

We need someone who is a quick learner, a hard worker, has excellent attendance, and superb customer service skills.

The candidate must be both professional and friendly and enjoy working with the patients and their families.

Candidate must be computer savvy and able to use electronic medical records software easily. Candidate must understand the importance of HIPAA Compliance. Please specify if you have experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).

Duties would include:

• Patient check out
• Schedule appointments
• Front desk reception
• Process Medical Records
• Prior authorizations

Position does offer Paid-Time Off (PTO) program and Uniform allowance. In addition, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401k is offered to Full Time Employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
