Description
· Creates, maintains, and transforms the workplace culture by actively aligning the work environment with the company values and mission across the TOA Enterprise.
· Leads the development and execution of Physicians, Providers, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and staff -related initiatives in alignment with annual strategic plans and goals.
· Conducts surveys to gather feedback from Physicians, Providers, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and staff to identify areas of improvement and measure employee engagement and satisfaction
· Analyzing surveys and communicating action plans to promote culture improvements, and following up to ensure efforts are maintained with a goal of reduction in turnover and to be a coveted enterprise for top talent
· Works with Director of HR to report on and evaluate turnover costs, and identifies strategies for reduction of those costs
· Conducts onboarding interviews, stay interviews, and exit interviews to propose strategic initiatives for continuous improvement with culture and retention
· Is heavily involved with internal communications via the intranet, email, etc., guiding leadership on timing, format, and recipients to encourage transparency
· Works with the Director of HR on performance management activities, including ongoing feedback, documentation of performance issues, annual performance reviews, and improvement plans
· Provides coaching and resources to Physicians, Providers, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and staff for conflict resolution and performance conversations, to promote open and effective communication between employees and management.
· Acts as a liaison for Physicians, Providers, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and staff to convey concerns, ideas, and feedback when requested or necessary
· Has oversight of all Employee Led Committees, ensuring By Laws are upheld, maintaining cohesiveness across all groups, and is involved with decision-making when new committees should be created
· Communicates strategies, culture improvements, turnover changes, and survey results with the Board and Shareholders quarterly (minimum requirement)

· Technology: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated proficiency with EHR is helpful, and NextGen preferred.
· Attendance/Punctuality: Consistently arrives to work on time.
· Experience: Previous successful experience in a healthcare clinic/office environment or customer service role preferred, but not required
Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications:
Preferably with at least one (2-3) year of supervisory experience, OR an equivalent combination of closely related education, experience, work, and training in an environment of comparable size and scope
Experience working with personnel management environment-preferably healthcare related
