Specific Responsibilities
Sales:
· Coordinate Club-wide sales efforts, including banquets, events and golf outings
· Actively develop a Prospective Client List from the following groups:
o Directors and Officers from major corporations within the market area
o Local civic groups
o Real estate offices
o Chambers of Commerce
o Fairvue and Foxland residents
o Personal referrals from members
· Solicit new and existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communications
· Solicit events and close catering sales
· Implement sales, marketing, and public relations plans and strategies that serve to increase banquet and event sales
· Promote a positive Club image and maximize revenues according to overall fiscal and operational goals
· Invite clients to Club properties for meals, entertainment, tours, and site inspections
· Conduct thorough site inspections of all Club properties
· Assist in implementing special promotions for target markets
· Meet and greet on-site contacts
· Develop networking opportunities through active participation in community and professional associations, activities, and events
Event Management:
Communication:
· Greet clients, members, guests, and others in a professional manner.
· Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
· Emphasize communications and relations with all Club members for the purpose of increasing Club referral sales
· Return all phone and email messages within 24 hours of receipt
Administration:
· Comply at all times with individual property standards and regulations
· Monitor production of all top accounts and evaluate trends within the market
· Develop a complete knowledge of sales and event policies and Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) and ensure adherence to these policies
· Compile forecasts, budgets, and other reports as directed by the Director of Clubhouse Operations
· Monitor guest satisfaction
· Monitor ongoing presentations, activities, tournaments, etc.
· Understand basic accounting and finance
