Purpose: Provide an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests through attentive and personalized service.

Compensation: $8.25 per hour plus gratuities

Gallatin, TN | Located northeast of Nashville in the rapidly growing city of Gallatin, Tennessee, Tennessee Grasslands (TNG) offers a fully private golf and country club experience in a beautiful lakefront setting. The Club boasts two clubhouses featuring multiple private dining outlets, a full-service event center, two lakeside pools, two Bill Bergin-designed 18-hole championship golf courses, a 9-hole short course, a five-bay teaching facility, two fitness facilities, and a racquet sports complex with year-round access.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tennessee Grasslands is currently seeking talented and experienced hospitality professionals to join our Food and Beverage team. We are looking for professional, full-time, part-time, and seasonal servers who can provide efficient, attentive, and friendly service to our members and guests.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure member satisfaction during all aspects of the dining experience
• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Present a warm and gracious, positive, and professional demeanor
• Possess extensive menu knowledge
• Understand and execute steps of service
• Provide outstanding food and wine service in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen both verbally and utilizing the POS system
• Maintain a clean, crisp uniform
• Perform calmly under pressure
• Complete all side work when and as assigned
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
• TABC Certified (Required)

• One to three years of service experience
• Private club experience a plus
