DUAL ENROLLMENT ASSOCIATE INSTRUCTOR--FAYETTE WARE HIGH SCHOOL

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE INTEGRATED AUTOMATION

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Jackson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Industrial Maintenance Integrated Automation Instructor. This position is a full-time, 10 month position located at Fayette-Ware High School.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• A.S. Degree or Technical Diploma preferred.

• Must have at least three (3) years’ experience in the industry.

• Proficient and experienced in electronics, mechanical maintenance, electrical motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, instrumentation, preventative maintenance, and robotics.

• Must possess the evidence of potential ability in instruction, good communication skills and a commitment to remain current in the occupation.

• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Instruction and recruitment of /secondary students in the state approved industrial maintenance program.

• Establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with students, other faculty, staff, public and area businesses and industry.

• Monitor, grade, and evaluate student progress. Maintain appropriate records; prepare and submit timely reports.

• Curriculum development, student record keeping, placement and follow-up of program graduates.

Salary: In accordance with Tennessee Board of Regents guidelines.

Pay: $43,260.00 - $51,912.00 per hour
