Medical office in Melrose Park and LaGrange looking for a full time patient service representative. If you are a "people person", have excellent communication skills, can multitask, and believe in teamwork, then this is the right place for you. Prior experience as a medical receptionist/patient service representative and knowledge of electronic medical records is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right candidate. Basic computer skills are necessary. Bilingual English-Spanish or English Polish is a plus. Duties will include:
Welcome Patients in a friendly and outgoing manner. - Verify Insurance and maintain accurate records of insurance. - Schedule Appointments. - Confirm Appointments. - Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the waiting room and reception area. - Collect co-pays and payment for services - Responsible for additional general administrative and clerical support as assigned. - Other duties as assigned by management.
