Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple language and translation projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
- Plan project timelines, define project scope, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including linguists, translators, and client service representatives, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough quality assurance checks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Continuously optimize project management processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in managing language and translation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
