About the Role
We are looking for Irrigation Technicians who believe in integrity, dependability, courtesy, and excellence. This translates to fantastic customer service for our property managers, special districts, businesses, and homeowners’ associations.
What You Will Do:
- Perform the operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic irrigation systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair drainage system. As well as landscape duties, such as using hand or power tools or equipment.
- Work is typically a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, snow removal, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking.
- Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Dependable and reliable, ready to work.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift at least 20 pounds.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, such as snow, heat, and rain.
- Positive Attitude and work ethic.
- Follow safety and company policies.
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Prior experience programming controllers with seasonally appropriate watering schedules.
- Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
- Accurately bid repairs and track repair costs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate machinery.
- Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions.
- It may require driving between company and customer locations.
- Overnight Travel- 15%.

Compensation for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
