TenderCare Home Health is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Gillette, WY

About us

TenderCare Home Health is a new home health agency serving Crook, Campbell and Weston Counties. Our mission is to serve our communities by providing competent and compassionate care to patients in their own homes. If you are a CNA with experience in home health or a related field, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for capable, caring individuals who enjoy the freedom and relationships that working in home health provides. We offer competitive compensation and a great, flexible working environment.

Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Current Wyoming CNA license with Home Health Aid endorsement preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
