Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, implementing educational programs, and fostering the intellectual and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
-Employ a variety of practices and preschool educational methods.

-Ability to engage students and earn their trust and attention.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to support student success
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules
- Encourage students to interact with each other and resolve occasional argument/ conflicts

-Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Requirement
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
