```Job Summary```

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals.

In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in home setting.

Trainings required. Experience preferred.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and quality of life for those under your care.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist with personal care tasks such grooming, and dressing.

- Assist with medication administration according to prescribed schedules.

- Monitor and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals

- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.

Transportation

- Engage individuals in meaningful activities and promote social interaction

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care.

- CPR/First aid certification is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
