Tender Hearts is seeking a full time aide for our infant & crawler program (ages 6 weeks to 18 months old) to join our team. This is a full time, 40 hour per week, year round position. Monday through Friday. Candidates must have High School Diploma (or equivalent). Prior experience in center based child care is preferred.

The ability to work well with in a team environment is important as is the physical ability to pick up children. Candidates must have excellent communication skills with team members and families.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the lead teacher and other assistants to provide a safe, caring, nurturing , and healthy environment
• Ongoing communication with parents and fellow team members
• Provide child care in accordance with DCYF regulations
• Assist team members as needed throughout the day
• Full time, Monday - friday
• 40 hours per week

• 20 Hours of professional development annually
