This is a very flexible 10hr/week case. You set your hours weekly.

Tender Heart is a approved DDD provider is seeking experienced direct support staff and behavior technician in Essex, Ocean , Sussex, Warren, Bergen, Mercer and Middlesex counties. We serve the state of New Jersey and have on going need to fill up our referrals. Most cases are part time/full time with competitive pay. Job responsibilities may include but not limited to-

• Observing patient behavior and apply ABA principles.
• Seeking interventions for behavioral and developmental challenges.
• Educating patients and their parents in helpful activities.
• Customizing treatment plans for individual patients.
• Providing feedback to patients.
• Communicating with parents.
• Recognizing critical improvements in patient behaviors.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest ABA-related information, techniques, and developments.
• Keeping detailed records of treatments and improvements.
• Preferred: Experience working with children/ Adults with behavior
