TTH manages over 130 rental properties and requires maintenance staff that are as personable and professional as they are handy. We manage housing, but we are people centered and that includes a supportive staff that is great to work with and a rental maintenance manager with 18 years of experience who loves to teach. We appreciate maintenance knowledge and experience, but we are also willing to train on the job. TTH is growing rapidly and there will be opportunity for advancement as well as building valuable maintenance skills.Skills:

The Basic duties will include general labor and common repairs made during rental turnovers. This could include, but is not limited to: drywall patching, floor replacement, basic plumbing fixes, fixture replacements, cleaning, moving items, landscaping, door repair, ,trim work, HVAC system maintenance, installation of fixtures, appliance replacement and painting.

This position could become a permanent position with benefits for the right person.

TTH’s office is at 2518 Ridge Court, Suite 103, Lawrence, KS 66046. Reliable transportation is required, but all tools, work truck, and equipment are provided. You must be able to complete manual labor and lift/carry up to 65 pounds, use a ladder, and work outdoors and indoors around construction.
