We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide direct support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

```Responsibilities:```

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Escort clients to appointments or social outings

- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality

```Skills:```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Direct support experience in a healthcare or direct knowledge of disability

- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence

- Understanding of senior care principles and best practices

- Familiarity with electronic documentation

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

Please note that prior experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred but not required.
