Paducah Law Firm is looking to hire a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
This is a long-term, full-time position with room for growth!
The right candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of law office or similar experience.
Responsibilities for Paralegal or Legal Assistant:
- Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings
- Acting as liaison among all related parties
- Organizing and managing documents, including creation of spreadsheets
- Coordinating collection, review and production of documents
- Assist with trial prep
- Research and validate reference sources
Qualifications for Paralegal or Legal Assistant:
- Law Office or similar experience is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
