We are seeking a Part-Time Congregate Senior Housing Assistant for an immediate opening! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities. Job Duties: * Ensures compliance with all the regulatory and policy requirements and attainment of all goals and objectives associated within this congregate facility. * Proposes methods and procedures for improvement of admissions, continued occupancy, and budgetary performance of the property. * Manages, supervises, and participates in the maintenance of accurate and efficient tenant files. Manages, supervises, and performs services in implementation of policy and procedures governing application processes, rent eligibility/computations, orientation, annual and interim recertification, resident relations, rent collection, applications and maintenance work order tracking. * The individual must be able to relate positively with elderly residents, volunteers, family members and staff. Qualifications: * Previous experience in property management or other related fields * Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases * Ability to build rapport with tenants. * Ability to multitask and prioritize. * Meet Deadlines * Good at taking directions. * Detail Oriented * Willing to learn. * Open to changes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
