Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven People Business Partner to join our People team. This is a newly-created role and is our next step toward developing the People Business Partnership model at Temporal. You will have the opportunity to shape the role from the ground up, and you will be at the heart of a fast-growing, innovative tech startup, shaping and developing our culture and being a strategic partner for the business. Reporting to the Head of HR you will play a key role in Temporal’s growth and in the evolution of our culture. You will develop our People practices alongside the PBP for Delivery, and our People Operations team.
This role will be the People partner for the Go-To-Market (Sales and Marketing) departments, supporting team members in USA (predominantly), and further afield. You will be part of an innovative team that is distributed across the US and internationally, and you will experience working with passionate folks who are dedicated to the success of Temporal. Please note this is a fully-remote opportunity but some occasional travel will be required, such as our twice-annual company offsites.
