Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization to include Temple University Hospital, Jeanes Campus, Episcopal Campus and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Rounds on all units and uses automated surveillance systems to monitor and engage with bedside staff to identify patients possibly at risk for clinical deterioration. Serves as an expert clinical resource to provide education and debriefing after an RRT/Code event has occurred. Conducts monitoring on patients downgraded out of Intensive Care Units to lower acuity units. Provides educational in-services as appropriate.
