**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various healthcare settings such as hospice care, assisted living, nursing homes, and acute care. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care - Oversee medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes - Monitor and maintain Medicare compliance within the nursing department - Provide leadership in nurse management and training programs - Coordinate care plans for patients in home care settings **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred - Active RN license in the state of practice - Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles - Strong background in hospice care, assisted living, nursing homes, and acute care - Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nursing professional to lead our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
