TempExperts is hiring for a Commercial Estimator in Fire Door and Hardware division for a general contracting company in Palm Harbor, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience with Fire Door and Hardware experience in commercial construction. This company has a great culture and offers a competitive compensation package.
Essential Job Functions:
- The right candidate will work a full-time schedule on site in Pinellas County Florida.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
- Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
- Participate in budget reviews.
- Review construction drawings.
- Assist with project design and cost control.
- Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, ProCore.
- Other duties as assigned.
