Temp Associates is Hiring a Janitorial Worker Near Muscatine, IA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Handles daily cleaning tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc.
- Empties trash and scrubs floors (using a scrubber).
- Compacts and bails cardboard and plastic wrap.
- Participates in special projects as assigned. (i.e. painting, etc.)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The warehouse environment can be dusty, dry, and humid, with temperature ranges between 40 - 90 degrees. Some odors might be present dependent upon the product in storage. Food allergens may be present in the warehouse.
- This position may be subject to outside conditions, including cold, extreme heat, wet and/or humid conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to identify problems and make recommendations to solve problems.
- Courteous and professional communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stoop, walk, lift and bend.
OTHER DUTIES
Individuals may perform other duties as assigned.
HOURS/PAY
M-F: Flexible 1st shift hours
$15/hr.
