This program is only for college-enrolled dependents of current Musco Team Members who want to apply for positions in Des Moines. Applications will be considered and interviewed based on qualifications and availability for work.

It is a tradition at Musco to fill our summer positions by hiring Team Members' college-age dependent children that are enrolled in the fall semester. The summer dependent program was started as a way for Team Members' children to earn and save money for college expenses. Musco also receives the added benefit of hiring family members who already know quite a bit about the company and our culture!
