Temco Logistics is Hiring an Employee Support Specialist Near Pomona, CA

Position Overview:

The Employee Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to employees within the organization. This role involves addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The Employee Support Specialist acts as a liaison between employees and various departments to facilitate smooth communication and problem-solving.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with every other Saturday

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Assist employees with resolving issues related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management as necessary.
  • Follow up with employees to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or employee support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee needs.
