Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and , as well as experience in talent management and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job boards, social media platforms, lead generation techniques, and employee referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job advertisements that effectively communicate the requirements and responsibilities of each position
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Negotiate offers of employment with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP)
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employee relations matters related to recruitment and selection
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong relationship management abilities to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP) to manage candidate data
- Experience in talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques for proactive candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Ability to negotiate offers of employment with selected candidates
