This position will be remote full time.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment
• Develop and maintain software applications for organizational messaging systems, adhering to established coding standards and best practices
• Maintain and modify legacy code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure messaging solutions
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software via thorough testing, debugging, and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with 8 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices
• Proficiency in working with SQL, C#, JavaScript, git – in other words, a full stack developer
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required
