Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and expertise in financial analysis, management, and auditing. You will work closely with clients to ensure accurate interpretation of financial reports and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations based on findings
- Assist clients in managing their financial resources effectively
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights to clients
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards
- Reconcile balance sheets and identify discrepancies
- Provide guidance on financial services and strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial solutions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Experience in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law is a plus
- Proficient in financial report interpretation and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and GAAP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
