**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts

* Review inspection reports from technicians

* Manage technician time

* Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle

* Support staffing decisions

* Timecard management

* Shop engagement and camaraderie

**Requirements:**

* Automotive Service Advisor experience

* 3 years of customer service experience

* Leadership experience

* Exceptional customer service Skills

* Strong organizational skills
