Content Review Analyst (Content Moderator) jobs continue to be on the rise as the online world never stops needing content moderation. Content Moderation is essential for guarding, maintaining the online reputation of a business. AI technology shall be deployed for the first round of moderation. Later, Content Moderation by human is necessary to determine “gray areas” that require a human touch. As Content Review Analyst, you will be fulfilling that role by screening, monitoring, approving as well as labelling contents in compliance with the client’s policies and guidelines which contribute to cultivate a strong community around the brand.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply (diploma & up)
• Fluent English & Korean (TOPIK4 or higher, MUST) - Near-native preferred (spoken & written)
• Flexible in shifting schedule including night, weekend & holiday
• Must be able to work in Penang
• Must have strong emotional intelligence and emotional resilience as well as a great eye for detail
• Experience navigating many different types of video streaming platforms including social media, live streaming etc.

• 소셜 미디어, 라이브 스트리밍 등 다양한 유형의 비디오 스트리밍 플랫폼을 탐색한 경험이 있어야 합니다.

Responsibilities

• Review various types of video content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
• Thoroughly monitor, classify and /or eliminate sensitive and inappropriate content such as Pornography, Violence, Human Trafficking, Drugs, Alcohol, etc.
• Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client's operation
• Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site

• 특정 클라이언트 운영에 정의된 성과 지표나 매개변수를 준수합니다.
• 사이트의 전반적인 사용자 경험을 개선하기 위한 방법을 개발하기 위해 관련 데이터를 수집, 분석하고 활용합니다.
