Telemark Northwoods Lodging is Hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist Near Cable, WI

We are looking for an Front Office Representative to assist in all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance of our hotel. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Our office hours are: 8 AM to 4 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Check guests in and give them room keys
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them appropriately
  • Prepare outgoing mail
  • Check, respond, sort and forward emails as necessary
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take on other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of MS Office ( Excel and Word)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
