Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned administrator to coordinate our organization's compliance and reporting requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our required reporting, ensuring we meet all federal, state, and industry-specific regulations. This includes interfacing with our law firm that handles the actual filings, interacting with Telefund’s financial, legal and client services departments and working with our clients directly. This role requires an impeccable attention to detail and concentrates on high level organization, client-facing interactions, priority management, and data coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Gather data for reporting on fundraising campaigns
• Work with team members across locations and departments to coordinate inputs and signing
• Produce accurate solicitation notices, financial reports, and renewals
• Interface with clients over phone and email
• Interface and coordinate with compliance law firm
• Manage project workflow and determine priorities, meeting all deadlines

Requirements:

A minimum of2-5 years of administrative and/or project management experience

• Exemplary attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Customer service experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Understanding of fundraising and nonprofits
• Able to maintain a high standard of work while juggling competing priorities
• A commitment to the values of the progressive and environmental movements

Location: Preference for candidates who can work in Boston, MA; Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; or Denver, CO. Remote locations will also be considered.
