TELECO: Regional DAS Sales Manager in Greenville, SC

This role is a key part of our DAS team, focused on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic sales development in the new construction market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and sell In Building Public Safety and Commercial Carrier DAS solutions to enterprise markets.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and prospect comprehensive site inspection and coverage testing to help ensure full compliance of cellular coverage within commercial buildings.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets by fostering customer relationships and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies in the DAS and telecom sectors, particularly within real estate and new construction.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for in-building wireless services and solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial assessment to contract negotiation and ongoing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to expand our sales network and brand presence.
  • Guide and manage a sales channel, instilling our core values and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the DAS and telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of significantly increasing company revenue through strategic sales in DAS, Public Safety, Carriers, and converged network solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to develop new business and source new customers needing in-building wireless solutions.
  • Strong skills in sales process management, from customer education to project closure.
  • Supervise the implementation of indoor DAS projects throughout the United States, managing multiple client projects.
  • Orchestrate the allocation of resources, personnel, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Manage end-to-end DAS implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.
  • Well organized with strong ability to communicate effectively and address obstacles as they arise.
  • Ability to take ownership of their own sales strategy and provide updates to company stakeholders.
  • Manage communication and collaborate with executives, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Work effectively within a team environment and enjoy participating in a strong team culture.
  • Supervise the implementation of indoor DAS projects throughout the United States, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exercise complete accountability for overseeing project timelines, progress tracking, updates, and setting project priorities.
  • Orchestrate the allocation of resources, personnel, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Manage end-to-end DAS implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.
  • Oversee project scheduling, team prioritization, and updates.
  • Support the team in completing projects per customer SLAs – on time and with exceptional quality.
  • Track deliverables, monitor changes, and address obstacles as they arise.
  • Provide regular reports and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication and collaborate with executives, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project documentation, including BOM, quotes, invoices, and close-out packages.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of DAS project milestones.
  • Work effectively within a team environment.

Compensation: Base Salary, plus commissions. Commensurate upon experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
