Expected starting wage range is $124,129.72 - $153,303.28. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Start-Up Project Administrator coordinates development of new business opportunities consistent with the corporate business and marketing plans. This involves collaboration with other Start-Up staff, all corporate departments, and funding/regulatory agencies. This individual is chiefly responsible for clinical program development, building program teams, and conducting orientations for new programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
o Recruiting and hiring of staff
o Program planning, design and implementation
o In conjunction with Start-Up Project Manager, completing submissions to credentialing/licensing agencies, as required
o Coordinating the creation/implementation of community and public relations tasks associated with the project and collaborating with key agency personnel
o Helping interpret needs of program to inform site selection, site planning, and renovations
o Coordinating and scheduling orientation; Conducting many of the training components; helping train new Administrator
o Serving as temporary new program Administrator, as needed
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, and/or changed at the discretion of management.
Position requires driving own personal vehicle for company business such as trainings, offsite meetings, etc.

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to squat and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently bend, twist, reach, as well as to constantly sit, walk, stand, bend, and do simple and power grasping. The position requires manual deviation, repetition, and dexterity and to occasionally drive and be exposed to uneven walking ground. Visual requirements include computers and books exposure.
