Overview: The ideal candidate will be focused on providing an exceptional customer experience to our sales partners on every interaction. This is a customer-facing position and the candidate will have regular communication via phone and email to many sales professionals. Must be willing to cultivate team processes and improvements for the benefit of our sales partners. The position requires a knowledge of contractual commission structures and financial processes. The individual selected will create an environment of support, trust, and positive communication. Providing education and understanding of system tools available to sales partners will be a priority to both internal and external individuals.
