Summary of Position

We are looking for an excellent EPM Developer (Staff Software Engineer) with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions expertise. As a techno-functional expert, you will work closely with our Controllers, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new solutions using best practices. 

Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues and engaging with our end-users. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this position.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle Cloud EPM applications (FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, PCMCS)
  • Data Analytical expertise to track and audit data linage, such as TB from source, and ensure data quality pertaining to both Metadata and Data values.
  • Primarily responsible for enhancements relating to all functionality within EPM, well versed with Essbase calc scripts, Business rules, Groovy and EPMAuomate, Metadata/Dimension management, Dataforms, SmartView, and Security
  • Primary responsible for providing application support for Month End close and respective planning cycles ( AOP and monthly forecasts )
  • Responsible for EPM administration, such as Maintaining Users/ Roles/Groups, SSO factors, and supporting internal and external Audits.
  • Primarily responsible for supporting the Oracle Cloud EPM data integrations and related activities from the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP environment.
  • Develop and support data integrations (ETL) leveraging DM scripts, EPM automates scripts and batch scripting.
  • Works with the business community on enabling new systems capabilities, system configuration, and administration functions.
  • Provide advisory to FP&A and finance teams on system solution designs, enhancements, and transformations.
  • Monitor Oracle bulletin to understand the system updates and timely collaborate with the business of features enablement, regression testing of system patches, and updates.
  • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Understand how assigned applications/systems link with other programs/processes along with the overall system architecture and provide recommendations on how to improve existing/proposed processes.
  • Adhere to company change management practices (SDLC), data security policies, procedures and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, be willing to work outside of normal work hours, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on supporting Oracle EPM suite of products (Essbase, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, PCMCS, EPBCS, DM, EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, Profitability & Cost Management, SmartView)
  • 4 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM Financial applications (Integrations, EPM automation, batch scripting, data management)
  • Experience in architecting, developing, implementing, integrating, and/or administering Oracle Cloud EPM
  • Experience with relational databases, query methods & tools (SQL Developer, TOAD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Hyperion and/or EPM Certification
  • Good MS Excel and Unix/Perl/MS Scripting Skills
  • Oracle Database and SQL concepts
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across CSA

The base salary range for this position is $138,000 - 165,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
