Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience (at least three years) in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
