Job Description:
- Individual will work as a member of the Quality Testing Seed Health team in Woodland, CA.
- The individual must adhere to all client safety regulations while working.
- This individual will work as a member of the Sample Management team.
- The primary job function revolves around the processing of seed samples including weighing and grinding seed, dishwashing, and making buffer and media.
- They will also be actively working in a group to maintain lab supplies, safety standards, documents and may also be asked to help in other seed health groups with routine testing.
- Routine testing lab experience is preferred.
- A successful candidate is organized, demonstrates good time management, has strong attention to detail, and is a supportive team member.
- Contractors may be asked to work overtime or occasional weekends to meet business needs.
Education requirements:
- AA or minimum of 1 year lab experience preferred.
