- 7 years experience in Scrum Master roles.
- Experience bridging the gap between technical (Developers, Architects, etc) and non-technical individuals (Business leaders/users) Extremely important that this person is good at relationship building with the business as they will be working with them a lot.
3. Experience with Salesforce related projects will be working with and supporting the Salesforce team.
4. Needs to have great communication. Someone who can work well with multiple audiences. - Experience with Change Management will be helping stand this team up.
