The client provides security solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This includes Alarm, Surveillance, Intercom, and Access Control systems. Our core business is built around a leading edge DVR platform for the surveillance industry. This job will serve our DFW customer base by installing and servicing new and existing accounts.

Duties

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; diagnosing faulty equipment/wiring; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Installs new systems by studying system requirements; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining problems; identifying solutions; recommending system improvements.
• Performs preventative maintenance.

Please note that this is a mobile technician position with lots of daily travel and indoor/outdoor onsite work. Your workplace may vary from day to day.

Experience

• Electronics Troubleshooting, Reading Site Maps, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Quality Focus, Results Driven
• Must pass FBI background check for Texas Private Security Bureau License!
• Punctuality, Maturity and Respectability are required and appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,113.28 - $56,738.57 per year
