Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality through quality engineering, quality control, quality assurance, and quality management activities. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to identifying quality issues, developing and executing quality plans, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with DC motors, gear motors, custom electromechanical motor assemblies, tool post grinders, hand grinders, drilling tools.
- Quality Management, Quality Engineering, and Quality Assurance skills
- Experience in product quality management and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
