Our client is looking for an Entry level Quality Technician - CMM Operator - Production Final Part Inspection

• Quality lab, quality control, inspector, quality assurance
• Operate CMM/GMM machine and ensure parts meet engineering specifications.
• Perform product final inspection of key product characteristics (KPC).
• Read part prints, identifying characteristic dimensions and tolerances.
• Use hand gauges such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, bore gauges, and many other measurement instruments.
• Perform math to interpret readings from the measurement device to part print to document delta.
• Manage tool gauges and gauge calibration system to ensure gauges are calibrated and working correctly.
• Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.
• Inspecting goods or products according to quality standards.
• Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
• Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
• Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.01 - $24.10 per hour
